Innovative Measures
Teaching Staff on Contract basis:
The selected teaching and non-teaching staff
are given an offer to sign a contract for a maximum
period of one academic year.
Renewal is only on
the basis of performance. The selection is purely on
merit cum roster system.
Accountability of
Teachers and Principals:
Conduct rules have
been amended for the better performance of the teachers
to achieve good results. A system of incentives for good
performance and punishment for bad performance has been
introduced.
Up gradation of Schools:
The Society has adopted a novel pattern of integrating
the school education and intermediate education in the
same institution. This has given a provision of
intermediate education to a large number of students
without any extra expense.
